About D & D Office Plus
. . .to create a self serve stationery store. At the time he was a partner with his father-in-law at D&D Office Equipment selling office machines consisting of cash registers and adding machines in Wilkinsburg. His true passion was furniture.
1970 . . .His past experience combined with his dream, vision, passion and determination led him to opening D&D Office Supplies in Wilkinsburg selling stationery, pens, greeting cards, and office furniture. At the time this was one of the ONLY self serve stationery stores in the Pittsburgh area (Imagine that!!)
Through the years his dream and determination continued . . opening locations in Homestead (East 8th Avenue), Downtown Pittsburgh (Penn Ave), Penn Hills (Rodi Rd), Pittsburgh (Parkway West Industrial Park), and Monroeville (Wm Penn Hwy).
1980's . . joined a buying group, Independent Stationers, this increased our buying power which enabled us to be more competitive for our customers. We welcomed technology into our business buying a computer system. This enabled more efficient billing, better tracking of back orders for our customers amongst other things. (how did we function before computers!)
Early 1990's . . The business had evolved into mostly delivering products to other businesses by our trucks. Realizing our customers were not concerned with where we were located but only that we could provide on time delivery coupled with the emergence of the big box stores led us to opening our existing location in North Versailles eventually closing the other locations. This enabled us to improve our operations, improve our customer service as well as take care of our customers effectively and efficiently like they deserved.
D&D Office Plus has evolved with the times and continues to do so! This includes a computer system that is one of the best. It enables us to handle today's robust business needs and serve our customers timely, accurately and efficiently like they expect and deserve.
D&D Office Plus is proud to be a 2nd generation family business. Remaining competitive against the Staples, Office Depots and Office Maxs, etc of this industry while keeping our family values, ethics and morals engrained within us we aim to please our customers. With this new generation comes new dream, vision, passion, excitement and determination.

Stop in our retail store! .... In the store we have the most requested items as well as a furniture showroom where you can sit in a chair before you buy it. We also have a copy center, laminating service, make keys and more..
